Early Opener Update

It looks as if the Mom's amendment will not be passing.  I talked with someone from the Senate, and they informed me that because of the colder temps last week, they have decieded not to pass the early opener.  The DNR was concerned about the spawn, and they said to "protect" the fish, they are not in favor of the Mom's Amendment anymore.
